Explore Giving and Receiving Hospitality this Sunday during the 9:30 Education Hour.
The children's class will go on an adventure through a vast and unforgiving desert landscape until we find... what?? Come find out! The story of Abraham and Sara will give us some hints on how to open our hearts to our neighbors. Bring sunglasses and sunhats if you have them!
The Youth Group will be creating a community of hospitality by exploring how we honor one another and each other's viewpoints, doing various activities and bringing in discussion topics that help us to evaluate our own position on how we 'host' ourselves and others.
The adult class will explore hospitality as a sacred system of interrelationships, respecting our own and others' many-storied lives (and the many perspectives on those stories!).
